About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Been living in cooperative houses ("co-ops") and hosting various visitors for years, but I'm new to this site. Registered because I'm visiting Japan and I really want to engage with real actual Japanese people! I want to learn about what is unique and special about life in Japan.

As a guest, I am considerate, helpful, competent, and reliable! Messiness and disorganization irk me so I take the initiative to clean things up.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to surf on someones couch, but hopefully soon! At the co-op I live in we often host all manner of interesting folks visiting the community or the nearby university. We always enjoy the infusion of new, different energy that a random visitor provides :)
