ABOUT ME

My name is Morgan and I'm a young professional working from Edmonton, Alberta. This is my hometown, and I'm proud to be Albertan and Canadian. I'm passionate about Canada and its Aboriginal people, their society, challenges and successes and so I took a Native Studies degree. I am laid back and can get along with just about anyone and any situation. I love country music and our Alberta artists.

I'm passionate about traveling, both abroad and in Canada. So far I've been able to spend time in every one of our provinces and territories and swam in all three oceans, and I'm not stopping!

I'm working on my MBA in Community Economic Development through Cape Breton University. I do most of my courses in Edmonton, one of the locations where the program is taught, however I am spending two weeks in Sydney, Nova Scotia this summer (2014) to work on two courses.

I will be looking to surf on a few couches this summer, and beginning in August 2014 may be able to host on our own couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In June 2011, I couchSurfed in Iqaluit, Nunavut and several years ago, through a friend, I couchSurfed in Krakow, Poland.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

My friend and I climbed Mount Sinai in the middle of the night. When we got to the top in the early morning, we rolled out our sleeping bags and camped under the stars. We woke up in the morning to a choir singing while the sun rose over the Egyptian desert. It was AMAZING! (I have a picture of this in my profile)
