i am a freelance journalist & part-time lecturer in South Africa. I write political satire to sports reports to film reviews. I will write about anything that interests me! I am relaxed and looking to expand my perspective and scope of travel, experiences and friendships. What an exciting prospect this couch surfing presents!

i am currently travelling and hoping to get a place to crash in some of the places in end up in. i think this is the most fluid expression of the human spirit - people opening their hearts and homes because they feel like and not because of material gain. how can i not want to be part of this?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

been sleeping at a friends couch for the past 2 weeks - he wakes me up by putting on the surround sound of his stereo system often jolting me up like a bird on an electric fence.
