ABOUT ME

All about me eh? Well, I´m the Director of Finance with a private equity fund right outside Washington DC. I was previously a Business Tax Manager with Argy, Wiltse & Robinson. I previously worked for Ernst & Young. Yes, I am a big dork.

I´m really into history, culture and the other amazing things which you can only truly understand when you visit another country.

I spent 10 weeks backpacking southeast Asia and New Zealand in 2007, 10 months in South/Central America and Australia in 2008-2009, and 1 month to Russia, Ukraine and Poland in 2010, and 6 weeks in India, Singapore and the Philippines!

I´m interested in meeting people, both fellow travelers and locals, to share experiences!

I attended Couchsurfing events throughout my travels, and even surfed a few times.

I hope to repay the kindness shown to me by showing people around the Baltimore/Washington DC area

Surfed with Rachel Bucknall in Melbourne, Australia. December, 2008.
Surfed with Mike Atlas in Boston, Massachusetts in May 2009.

Hosted Miao CC in Baltimore, Maryland in June, 2009.

Attended CS events in St. Petersburg, Baltimore, Washington DC, New York City, Buenos Aires, Lima, Rio, Bogota, Baltimore, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide!

兴趣

I´m really into a lot of different things. Traveling, obviously or else I wouldn´t be on this site! I also enjoy various sports from a wide array of Martial arts, skiing, football(soccer), football(American), baseball, and lots of other stuff.

I train martial arts pretty regularly and it´s become an important part of my life in the past few years. I really enjoy all aspects of it and I think I must also slightly masochistic!
