ABOUT ME

I'm a chilled out Aussie looking for adventure, always learning and growing.

Right now I'm on a big road trip through Central and South America to learn Spanish, surf, and continue learning and playing music. I started in Seattle on May 1st 2011, and have been driving down the West Coast since. Check out my travel blog http://stuzorAndTheWorld.com

I love singing and guitar, learning about my soul and spirituality, and meeting people whom I can learn from. I'm no longer sick of working because I quit my job and am now traveling - to meet amazing people and see what else there can be to life.

PHILOSOPHY

We aren't born good at anything, we have to invest a lot of time and energy into them. So we have to take our passions and really push ourselves to be the best we can possibly be.

I'm open minded and willing to try anything once. I'm a very scientific person but Science can't explain most things very well, and neither can Religion - so I'm always open to new opinions and perspectives about life and spirituality.

Rules are made for the people who don't understand the purpose behind the rules. Once you understand the goals and purpose of the rules, then you can start to bend them and reach the same goals in better ways.

I don't like large groups of people - because individuals are no longer individuals when there are so many other people around - they become the mass. I like spending time with more intimate sized groups of people where each person contributes their own unique individuality.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I've mostly hosted people to stay on my couch, but I've also surfed a few couches and I think it is a really great experience. I plan to experience a lot more of it when I travel through the Americas. Even though I'll have my own van to sleep in - I do CS for the amazing experience and not just a place to stay for a night. I like meeting new people that offer new perspectives about anything (every surfer is completely different!)
