Overview
About Me
My friends describe me as peaceful, calm and easy. I like going out to pubs & bars Rarely, I get lost in a night club :D. Instead, I prefer live music and festivals.
I'm currently studying electrical engineering which at the same time is one of my major hobbies. Some people would probably call me geeky ;-)
I used to play handball for a long time as a goal keeper. Recently, I switched to mix of volleyball, running and swimming (not only because it really hurts to catch every ball :D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To escape from my everyday life as a student: meet new people from all over the word and to get inspired for new trips!
I regularly host friends in my place and attend our local CS meetups.
For me, Couchsurfing is not only about hosting or sleeping on someone else's couch. More importantly its about meeting people from cultures I didn't knew yet.
Interests
I really like do sports like running and swimming. Especially to explore new locations. Do you want to explore the city at night? I'm totally in.
When traveling, I'll never leave the house without my camera. Taking interesting photos is hard. So, I'm challenging myself all the time to learn more about it.
Scandinavian & Asian culture!
Tinkering with Electronics & Technology.
I love to find hidden places in locations where nobody would expect them.
So sometimes, I grab my bike or shoes at night to explore the city.
Btw. I really like to do sports at night :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Some years ago, I've visited the glaciers and icebergs of Greenland.
This was one of my most impressive trips to far.
Teach, Learn, Share
From time to time, I love to talk or write about technical IT stuff on my blog (www.noteblok.net).
I also love to help people or give little talks about subjects which I'm interested in.
Do you have a broken coffee machine, hair dryer or mobile phone?
Fixing things makes much more fun than just replacing them by a new one.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm living in a typical shared flat with my two room mates which are students as well. We don't have a rigid daily routine but I'm enjoying this freedom.
