Subhash Prem Giri is a stage name and the project with the same name of Russian musician Alexey Avramenko. Before, he participated under the pseudonym AlexAura in various projects as bass guitarist, keyboard player and electronic musician. Since 2004 Alexey makes long trips to India, for getting training in the Indian bamboo flute - Bansuri. He was trained at the schools of great masters Hariprasad Chaurasia and Harsh Wardhan. He also studied the approach and style of other schools. All this knowledge Subhash applies, playing and recording in solo projects, and also in cooperation with other musicians, constantly experimenting and combining various styles and directions. The basic tendency of these projects is integration of music of the East and the West. The basic mission – to add a stream of meditation and consciousness in surrounding space. He often performs in museums, cultural centers and exhibitions. Among such places are: Saint-Petersburg State Museum- Institute of the Roerich’s Family; Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery and Museum in Naggar, India; The State Russian Museum in Saint-Petersburg; Russian Museum of Ethnography; Centro de Cultura Antiguo Instituto, Calle Jovellanos, Gijon, Asturias, España.
