About Me
Indian guy, Swedish postcode, ten years in and my Swedish still sounds like a polite hostage situation. By day I do something with enterprise software that I’ve stopped trying to explain at parties. By every other hour I sing Hindustani classical music, translate obscure Sanskrit tantric texts (don’t ask, or do, I have slides), and occasionally emerge from my studio having recorded something that surprises even me- most recently a Punjabi folk tune that sat in my throat rent-free for a year. I’m vegetarian, sober, and go to bed at an hour that would disappoint my 25-year-old self and impress my 50-year-old one. I like trains more than planes, mornings more than nightlife, and I’m currently plotting a slow crawl through Leipzig, Dresden, Kraków, plus a week in Montenegro on a budget so tight it squeaks. Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Urdu, and a dialect of Swedish best described as “enthusiastic.” If you show up in Gothenburg I’ll feed you something with paneer, play you a raga you didn’t ask for, and point you to places Google Maps hasn’t ruined yet. Bring stories. Bring questions. Do not bring eggs.
