O mnie

Hi! I’m a software engineer at HCL, currently working remotely from the heart of the Himalayan mountains. When I’m not coding, you’ll find me out on the trails—trekking, camping, or simply soaking in the serenity of nature.

I have a deep love for the outdoors and have completed several treks across Uttarakhand, including a challenging 45 km round-trip trek reaching up to 3600 meters in altitude. I’ve spent multiple nights under open skies in dense, and sometimes dangerous, forests—star-gazing and listening to the sounds of nature.

Adventure, solitude, and storytelling keep me going. I also run a YouTube channel called LifeAtMountains, where I share my journey through the lens of mountain life, wilderness experiences, and offbeat travel.

Looking forward to connecting with fellow travelers, nature lovers, and kind souls who believe in sharing stories and spaces.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing to connect with like-minded people who enjoy sharing experiences, cultures, and good conversations. For me, travel is not just about places—it’s about people. I love the idea of staying with locals, understanding their way of life, and creating meaningful memories along the way.

As someone who spends a lot of time in the mountains, I know how special it is to share space with kind strangers and fellow explorers. I hope to both host and be hosted, and believe Couchsurfing is a beautiful way to build trust, community, and friendships across the globe.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

🎵 Music – I enjoy soulful acoustic tunes, Himalayan folk music, and sometimes just the calming sound of the wind in the forest. On long treks, I often listen to soft indie tracks, instrumental beats, or travel playlists that match the vibe of the mountains.

🎬 Movies – I’m a fan of meaningful films—ones that leave a message or spark adventure. Favorites include Into the Wild, The Pursuit of Happiness, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and any good travel documentary that inspires the wanderer in me.

📚Nothing to say here (yet!) — maybe someday a book will catch me the same way a mountain sunrise does. But I do enjoy the simple charm and mountain nostalgia in the writings of Ruskin Bond.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Treked 45 km round-trip to an altitude of 3600 meters in the Himalayas, and camped overnight in a remote forest with no mobile signal, surrounded by the sounds of wild animals. Just me, my tent, the stars above, and the raw beauty (and thrill) of nature—it was equal parts peaceful and unforgettable.

Ucz innych, ucz się sam, udostępniaj

🧭 Teach – I can share my experiences trekking and camping in the Indian Himalayas, tips on working remotely from mountain regions, and a bit about running a travel YouTube channel (LifeAtMountains). I can also help with basic tech guidance or travel planning in Uttarakhand.

📚 Learn – I’m always curious to learn about new cultures, vegetarian cuisines, sustainable travel, and local traditions. I’d love to hear your stories, learn a few words from your language, or pick up any local skills or wisdom you’re open to sharing.

🔥 Share – I enjoy sharing mountain stories, vegetarian meals, and peaceful conversations—especially under a starry sky with a cup of chai. If you're into travel or filmmaking, I’d love to swap ideas and behind-the-scenes insights.

Czym mogę się podzielić z gospodarzami

I can share real stories from deep in the Himalayas—of remote treks, stargazing nights, and life close to nature. If you're interested, I’d love to show you glimpses of mountain life through my travel experiences and YouTube channel LifeAtMountains.

I’m also happy to help with any tech-related things, share tips for exploring Uttarakhand, and cook or help prepare a simple vegetarian meal. More than anything, I bring respect, good conversation, and a peaceful presence. I believe in leaving places better than I found them—whether it’s a home, a trail, or a moment shared.
