I do not have a "mission": I live as well as possible

ABOUT ME

I am lively, educated, creative. Love the Arts. Love London, where I live. Rode horses for most of my life, paint, draw, talk, walk... love walking!

As well as my house (built 1730) in London, I have a house in one of our National Parks, Exmoor.

Now widowed, I am done with travelling alone and staying in anonymous hotels! I would like to both stay with folk & to have them stay with me.

I have two sons and a daughter, all wonderful!

I like a very wide range of music, including Bruce Springsteen & most Russian composers. Also Britten, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Mumford & Sons, Ella Fitzgerald...

Movies are my Magic Lantern, loved them since a child, too many to mention, but for starters Chris Nolan's 'The Prestige', 'High Noon', Ralph Fiennes' 'Coriolanus'.

Books? Hilary Mantel 'Wolf Hall', 'Song of Achilles', etc etc etc. Far too many to mention!
