HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only been surfing so far and the only reason why I haven't hosted anyone is that unfortunately I've never found myself in a suitable situation to do so - not sure if my parents would appreciate strangers in our house when I was younger or I only lived in a small room in a shared accomodation (no couch! :( )
Nevertheless, I've always had a good experience with couchsurfing and it's definitely something I'm passionate about as it turned out to meet open minded, positive and traveling enthusiasts with a mindset close to mine.

兴趣

I absolutely love traveling which developed into my biggest passion of them all over the past couple years. The more I travel the more I want to travel going forward. There's nothing like traveling in the world and I am absolutely fascinated by all the cultural and natural differences, different traditions and beliefs, ways of people live and spend their lives in different parts of the world.

Unfortunately, my travelling is only limited by the amount of the days off I get from work, so when I am unable to travel, I like to hang out with my friends, meet new people, try new stuff (I get easily excited over anything creative and also food, different cuisines etc). I've been horsebackriding ever since I was little so I'm quite close with the animal world and nature in general, enjoy hiking, day trips as well as movie nights and a glass of wine.

I like punk rock and rock music, however slipping towards mainstream recently. My ultimate favourite is a Swedish band The Hives, but I like all sorts of guitar bands, The Kooks, The Killers, Stereophonics, Martin Solveig, Movits, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour.... there's loads!

I'm very open person, always up for having a chat and share my stories, I can cook a meal or prepare a nice breakfast (I'm not a fan of meat though!) - what better way to get to know your host than over a nice meal!
