I am a Nepali living and studying in Montreal. I like to hike and trek in remote places. Recently (May, 2012), I did this trek in a place called Dhorpatan in western Nepal with extremely awesome people (esp one). It was so great that I keep mentioning it everywhere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walked four days to get home in Baglung, located in mid-western Nepal.
Walked for 12 hours to discover the beautiful Dhorpatan valley.
Hiked up this mountain in the Rockies for about an hour to find a huge lake on the top.
A really skinny villager carrying 20kg load and hiking a very steep uphill like it's nothing. This was in Jhimpa, Baglung, Nepal.
