About Me
PHILOSOPHY
"You will regret the things that you didnt do more than the ones you did."
Since we can only live life once, live it to the fullest!
Interests
I have a strong passion in sports; mainly ball sports like basketball, netball and volleyball. I also plan to complete running a marathon within the next one year!
In my free time, I like to explore new places like concept cafes and just sit in for the whole afternoon to people watch! (:
And of course, I love traveling around the world and meeting new people! It could be tiring to backpack around but I think its something we should all do when we are still young and able to survive some bitterness! :P
At the end of the day, it's all worth it when you get rewarded with the nice scenery and getting to meet new people!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like motivational books like the Last Lecture by Randy Pausch and Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell.
As for music, I like a different mixture of songs, like pop songs as well as bossa nova songs (my all time favorite).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I would say that I am pretty amazed at how i survived - sleeping overnight at a train station in Europe (in the COLD) just so we could catch our early flight out, staying in the inner mongolia hut in the grassland (surviving in the COLD and having no-bathing facilities for one night), staying in a tent up on Huang Shan (yellow mountains) and surviving the COLD as well!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very willing to share the fulfilling experiences I had in my exchange days in Maasricht (The Netherlands) and the different European countries (Santorini, Paris, Venice, Rome, etc) I traveled to during this 6 months so that you will have as exciting or an even more exciting time than I had in Europe.
Also, having lived in Shanghai (currently) for 6 months and working closely with the locals, I believe I know quite some knowledge about the culture and living habits of the people here in China. I have traveled quite a fair bit in China as well (Xi'an, Guilin, Luoyang, Beijing, Inner Mongolia) so I am very willing to share my experience in China and share tips/itineraries on these places as well! :)
Countries I’ve Visited
