My name is Fern. I am a vegetarian with a big heart for meeting and talking with people. I love to cook, travel,discover, read and face paint. I have a passion for being outside and exploring, but also love a good film in bed. I am caring and love to listen and share experiences. I love to make clothes,illustrate and have a good old dance with some nice music. i count myself lucky already to have experiences to remember with friends and family in some beautiful places but cannot wait to see and learn more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couch surfing, I have only one CS experience in portugal,it was great! We stayed in apartment with two wonderful hosts who were going to the same festival, they hosted 7 couchsurfers...we made four of them, we spent time on the beach and then went back and cooked a big vegetarian meal..we ate on their balcony and danced to beautiful music..it was lovely and we were sad to leave them after only one night

love all the studio one system sounds, jazz/soul reggae, psytrance, prem joshua, tinariwen, sheelanagig. folky jazz swing, chill out, classical piano. Love to read Hermann Hesse, Thomas Hardy,Jung, Henri Charriere, + a good trashy novel and anything else interesting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a lot of my childhood in In India with family and some very close friends -was amazing, truly blessed! Every time I go back it reminds me of all the crazy/aggravating/beautiful experiences that were had:)
climbing, loved climbing to Triund inin Dharamsala.

I have some knowledge of psychology.can teach some poi, different finger knitting/ piano/ baking. Would like to learn languages/ about other cultures/cooking /crafts anything anyone thinks is worth passing on
