HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to share about my country, my language, and about spirituality. I enjoy learning new skills from others and experience the local atmosphere in their homes.

I like to help out in the kitchen, around the house so, Anything you need help with just ask.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been wonderful discovering new places and people. Every person is so unique, I am learning so much about the kindness and goodness of strangers!

Intereses

I am really interested in healthy happy living. I love to spend my time in nature, hiking in the wilderness, swimming in the sea. I have a daily practice of meditation and yoga which is so awesome for handling lifes challenges. I enjoy drinking tea, making smoothies and cooking vegetarian food. Eating chocolate is a true weakness of mine! Creatively I love to take photographs, write, sing, and make art

Living at a Buddhist meditation centre in Sri Lanka for 5 months, being taught the art of living by the monks.

Backpacking with a good friend through South America!
Bungee jumping, rock climbing, swimming in rivers, meeting an indigenous tribe in the jungle, taking part in shamanic ceremonies in the mountains, learning how to make chocolate fresh from the cacao tree. All of these great highlights from South America..

Going to the island of Bali in Indonesia when I was just a kid. My family and I traveled around the island for the whole summer, that was a wonderful memory. Especially learning to surf and visiting the monkey temple!
