ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm a lot like everyone else here. I love to travel and meet people from different cultures, and not spend and arm and a leg doing it. I've been fortunate to have gone lots of places so far in my life, and have many people to be grateful for whom, out of their own innate kindness, helped me on the path. Some of my interests include vegetarian cooking, reading western literature, exercising at the gym, and listening to music.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Feel free to contact me for any travel advice. I'm one of those sentimental nutcases who save every scrap of trash from abroad (especially receipts in foreign languages), so I can dig those out see if I can tell you where to find a cheap bagel. As I've been in Geneva now for nearly 3 years, I think I have a relatively good understanding of how the city works.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My parents are very warmhearted people, and we frequently have guests over. With such a huge family (my dad is the youngest of 14, and my mom the youngest of 9) we always have some brother's sister-in-law's cousin's daughter's best friend passing through the area. I suppose the kindness and hospitality my parents have shown me have really made me buy into this project.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My family and I went to Anchorage one summer while I was in high school, and we decided to take a tour of Mount McKinley in a plane. It was such an amazing experience, seeing such a huge mountain in a small cessna. First we flew over stretches of Denali national park, and saw free roaming moose and caribou, then we did a few circles of the mountain, which literally took up the entire view, though we never got closer than 5 miles from it. Overall, Alaska was great, and I highly recommend the trip!
