Overview
About Me
I have a degree in Anthropology and spent a couple summers working at a 17th century cemetery excavation in rural Poland. I took a break from academia and moved to Victoria, BC where I've been managing a tea shop. I don't seem to settle for long, so I'm ready for the next adventure. I'm planning to return to Poland again this summer to teach English.
I like drinking tea, sewing and crafting, and cooking delicious food. I'm often my happiest when I'm on a bike or in the mountains hiking, climbing or camping. I'm probably one of the shortest people you'll meet, but my level of awesome far exceeds my stature. ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm new to the world of couchsurfing! My friend suggested I give it a go, and I love travelling, and I love meeting people, so it looks like I can't go wrong!
Interests
Meeting new people, sharing some beers or tea with new friends, eating and cooking food, and exploring bits of nature I've never seen before.
