About Me

I've recently moved from Melbourne to London, looking to challenge myself by throwing myself into a new environment where I need to find a new job and make new friends but also use the opportunity to travel as much as I can.

I'm very easy going and like to take advantage of any opportunity life throws at me. Amazing things happen when you say "YES"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always been skeptical about Couchsurfing, however a friend of mine has spent 6 weeks in Spain Couchsurfing and her experiences sound unreal.

I'm hoping to meet new people and learn their way of life! Whilst tourist hotspots are always well known, its the locals who know the best spots.

Interests

Besides travelling, I really enjoy cooking and challenging myself with any recipe. Food brings people together and seeing the others happiness gives me great satisfaction.

I've recently purchase a new SLR and hoping to develop my skills in photography. Capturing moments in life (especially travelling) last forever, and when I'm old one day I'd love to reminisce on the experiences I had through images I took.

Im also a big fan of sport and can watch/follow anything :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's been many AMAZING experiences, but the top of my list is riding on dirt bikes through Cambodia. I had never rode a motorbike with gears/clutch and I picked up the bike managing to hone my skills in 10mins!

With two friends & I rode about 300km through the countryside (sometimes in rain/mud), immersing ourselves in Cambodian culture by visiting remote villages to meet locals.
