About Me
Hi! What I enjoy most in life is learning about and immersing into cultures. I love getting to know new people from completely different backgrounds than myself because I believe there is infinite wisdom we can share with one another. We are all incredible catalysts for peace and for change and the more connected we are, the more power this movement has!
I spent the whole year of 2014 backpacking in South America, hosted as I finished university in 2015 then moved to Mazunte, Oaxaca, Mexico. Here I have found an incredibly beautiful spiritual community and have learned so much! Meditation and exploring spirituality has completed changed my life, I feel so much peace and I do not feel this will go away.
Here I also work with children and families, teaching different workshops in 5 schools and 2 libraries and hosting women's circles! It has been an amazing journey starting projects like this, and I cannot believe that it has blossomed to be something so beautiful!
I love exploring topics like spirituality, philosophy, holistic health, education, the state of the world and what we can offer to it, etc.
I am happy to share about things I have studied like meditation and yoga, ayurvedic/yogic diet, astrology, pedagogy...these kinds of things! And am so excited to learn more from you!!
Much love!!
Happiness is a journey, enjoy the journey!
La felicidad no se encuentra, pero se construye día a día-disfruta el viaje!
