I am easy going, love experiencing my own and hearing about other people's adventures, new experiences and cultures. I grew up in Chicago, IL spent the past 8 years in Sunnyside, Queens and relocated to Asheville, NC to start 2016. I live for long car rides and often find myself driving up to visit NYC, Chicago, or anywhere I find a good music festival on my long weekends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm grateful for couch surfing because there is no way to fully experience a new town, country or culture from a hotel room and travel books. I travel to meet and understand new people, ideas and ways of living....not to see other tourists. When I look through my photo albums I prefer the ones with people and stories from my travels over pictures of inanimate objects.
