I just finished my yoga training in tantra yoga and am heading to Greece to do a hatha/vinyasa teacher training.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy as of late has been to practice presence and take time to take it all in. I have really been practicing making the most of each day, even if the situation I'm in is not ideal. I want to find the beauty in it and enjoy it, because that's what happening and the future is not guaranteed!

It's the best way to truly live the way a local does and meet the most amazing people with similar energy. I am so grateful for the friend that recommended it to me and all of the wonderful people I have met from it.

兴趣

I try and meditate and do a little yoga or some type of movement everyday 🧘🏼‍♀️I value and seek out good, deep conversations and real connections. I love to spend time outside connecting with mother nature.

I also LOVE love love to dance.. any type really, but I particularly enjoy salsa and bachata. I started hula hooping during the pandemic and bring my hoop with my everywhere.

The most important thing for me is to always try new things and have new experiences! Variety is the spice of life and keeps it interesting. The cherry on top is sharing these new experiences with others and getting to see a new perspective. I want to always be learning and growing!

Music: I love pretty much all types of music. Hip hop, Salsa, bachata , reggaetón, afro beats, dancehall, house, electronic
I have eclectic taste! Always looking for something new!

Movies: I don't watch a lot of movies or TV, I don't have cable actually, but I do enjoy going to the movies every once in a while. I prefer comedy and hate scary movies! Love a good documentary!

Books: I enjoy reading and taking time my to do so. I like the typical popular books such as harry potter, as well as classics such as lord of the flies and 1984. Some favorites of mine are The Power of Now, Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frank and I can't count the number of Paulo Coelho books I've read some of my favs being Veronika decides to die, 11 minutes, and hippie.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Took a road trip in my car for 2 months through Mexico from Tijuana to Acapulco and stayed with local families and couchsurfers the entire way. It was truly life changing and started my travel fascination.

I enjoy cooking and believe that cooking a meal with new friends over a bottle of wine is a great way to get to know each other. :) I'm pretty creative in the kitchen and love to learn how to cook the typical dishes of the country I'm visiting.

I travel with my hula hoop and love meeting other hoopers I can learn from and share with 💕

I'm always open and looking to learn new things. I believe it's important to listen to others in a nonjudgmental way and see what can be taken from it. Teach me something new!!

Puedo cocinar un plato típico del EEUU, Colombia, o inventar algo - como quieres . También soy una máquina para lavar los platos jaja

I can cook a typical dish from the US or make something up! I love cooking and make some good vegetarian dishes.
My favorite household chore is doing dishes.... I find it therapeutic!! :)
