Overview
About Me
I'm a traveler, light worker, healer, loving earthy gal. I'm a mother to five amazing children who hold my heart. I strive to serve my fellow man every day as I seek to touch as many lives as I can. I work hard and I play hard. Life was meant to be enjoyed and that can only be done if you get out and live it. Just being alive is not enough. I lost too much of my life to illness these past few years and now that I have my health back, I'm making up for it.
I've been running a small mobile ministry for the past three years, going out and finding each lost sheep. Currently, we are in the middle of expanding into a church. It's an exciting process that brings endless growth.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I recently got a new lease on life after being sick for several years. I faced death and came out conquerer. As soon as I got my service dog and enough strength, I set out (on foot) to see the world. I have been traveling full time since September 2015. I have the desire to see life through as many perspectives as I can during my lifetime. There is something to be learned from every person alive. I seek to travel and meet as many souls as I can during my life. I've learned so much already, but there is still so much I don't even know I don't know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hold a human brain... Or three.
I had planned to start medical school fall 2015 and as part of my pre med program, participated in cadaver lab for three years. I have gotten to fully dissect three cadavers and assist on several others. This knowledge has come in handy several times while traveling. Just recently, I was blessed to have the opportunity while out in the desert to close up a head wound on a fellow traveler that was exposing their skull. It's amazing when you are in the right time at the right place and can be a blessing to others.
Teach, Learn, Share
I offer patience, compassion and understanding. I can teach backpacking and survival skills, cooking, baking, sewing, quilting, canning, gardening, green living, meditating and crafting as well as many other activities. I used to homeschool my children when they were young and have a great love of hands on education.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Positive vibrations and conversation along with a desire to leave each place I visit better than I found it. If you desire, I can offer a reading or meditation. I'm also quite skilled at cleaning, organizing and decluttering, so don't be afraid to ask. I enjoy being of service.
