Overview
About Me
I'm currently living in Khulna in Bangladesh. My home is in Dhaka, but I live in Khulna because my University is here. I'm doing my undergrad in Urban Planning in Khulna University of Engineering & Technology. I live in students hall here, in a room for 4 students.
It's a very different environment here in our campus. It's not like a detached family home, we live in incredibly connected place. Anyone who'll come here will enjoy campus life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've always loved travelling and making new friends. Where I live, no one knows about or shared Couchsurfing. I found about it while I was watching a TED talk. And immediately I got into this new platform. It seemed like an amazing opportunity for me to host travelers from distant places, and an opportunity for me to travel more.
Interests
I love debating, cycling, traveling. I have an eager interest in social work, and I had the opportunity to be involved in teaching poor children too. As a undergrad student, we enjoy our campus life a lot.
I spent lot of time in Facebook, YouTube, TED and in online.

Music, Movies, and Books
I LOVE Music. And I like many kinds of music. In recent time, I'm listening to hard rock, metal more. But I also like melodic, folk and other genres too.
I watch lot of movies. I watch Hollywood movies, and I have a rich collection of movies.
I read books when I get time. I like some of contemporary Bengali writers. I've also read many English writers books too. Besides these I've read books of Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins etc which are not of literature type.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've worked as a teacher in a free school for poor children called EDS (Education for Deprived Children). I used to teach there for free, and my students studied there for free. I've enjoyed the time there and I'm trying to get involve in more voluntary social work like this.
