About Me
My photos are from 14 years ago... I should upload new ones, as life has changed me quite a bit.
CURRENT MISSION
Explore.
ABOUT ME
I am just a laid back person who wants to experience the world and have a lot of fun. If I'm only in a city for a day, I would rather see the markets, maybe a famous building, go out for a beer, and talk with people rather than wait in lines to see the most popular things. I love learning about other cultures.
PHILOSOPHY
This life is too short to waste. Have fun. Live your life. Love your life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love couchsurfing! I get to meet wonderful people and actually get to know the places I visit. I've also gotten a few friends of mine to try it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I did a lot of couchsurfing back around 2010, and I never had a bad experience. I love getting to know people and see their home through their eyes. You get to see the best parts of the cities!
Interests
These days I spend a lot of time working, playing indie games online, spending time with my dogs, birds, and husband.
I love pretty much every kind of music that I've ever heard, and I love listening to knew stuff. If I had to classify my taste, it's mostly random indie music and rock.
I'm a total nerd who loves science and has an introverted streak. I like to paint and relax enjoying the sounds of the world around me. Bird watching. Exploring and seeing wildlife. Photography.
I just like getting to know people, either through talking or just going out and doing random stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not too particularly passionate about any particular music, movies, or books these days.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Recently got to travel to Alaska and see lots of amazing wildlife and beautiful landscapes.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know a lot about music (mostly "classical" though), science, math, art, etc. I also am good at lots of random crafts that have yet to come in handy, like macrame, silhouetting, and clay sculpture.
I'm up for learning pretty much anything. I love trying new things. If I haven't heard of it, I probably want to know more about it, so feel free to send some knowledge my way!
