I believe that we are born to travel, love, live and explore the world. I guess thats the reason we are born with feet instead of roots.

I am secular atheist.

I am a self professed convinced internationalist, esoteric,eccentric,conversationalist, dreamer, peacekeeper and peripatetic.

I would rather have you all tell about me after we do meet than speaking for myself. If at all, I am a mystery to myself for the past 25 years(almost. Yes I am old deal with it); unfolding each day. Sarcastic, brilliant, awesome, great, party animal, guy-that-never-be-wrong, devious, insane, intellectual, humorous, modest have been few of the many words that have been used to describe me in the past. I read, sing, debate and all that jazz. I cook Indian as well as other dishes.

I am smart, too educated (not by choice), easy-going, open-minded, friendly and relaxed guy with a witty sense of humour in my company.

My personality traits bears semblance to the Heisenberg's Principle of Uncertainty. While I am not reminding everyone that am a lawyer as loquacious, argumentative Indian, I can be found as hooked to the sitcoms or just having good time. I love reaching out to people and hearing their stories.

My passion is swimming but I am more of traveler, explorer who takes risks and takes unknown paths. I believe that sometimes even wrong path (thats what we think initially) takes us to the right destination.

I am firm believer of Robert Frost's "Road Less Travelled", going onto path people are afraid to tread but I guess Google Maps has now killed it :-)

I am coffee connoisseur and so with tea. I keep experimenting with beverages. I love eating different types of food, watch movies (even foreign language films with subtitles) and learning things by listening.

And yes, in addition of being cocktail aficionado, I am foodie. I love cooking and keep experimenting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore the city and around and spend my time with seeking the same. I am a simple and open-minded person who love travelling. I also love great adventures and experiences of meeting new people and learning about different customs, languages and cuisines. That's why I think it will be a pleasure and interesting experience we meet and discover what city has to offer.

To meet people who share my passion of travelling, having good time, making memories and making friends from life cutting countries.

I know three and quarter languages. Hindi, English, Urdu and Sanskrit though one of the dreams is to become polyglot and learn French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

I have been pursuing physical and mental well being.

On lighter note, I love to travel especially to meet my friends from across the globe. I love cooking and cook nice Indian food.

I also do stand up comedy(sometimes). I am trying to learn about people and their feeling, thoughts and consequent actions.

I am philosopher who goes to next level after I drink. I have had pretty wild nights in past while travelling. If you have seen hangover, combine all three. Mine beats them all. Hands down!

I am also practicing different types of Yoga-ashtanga yoga, vinyasa flow and classical yoga. I have lived long enough to be marinating in different cultures, cuisines and languages.

Being armchair thinker, sabbatical drinker, occasional writer, wanting to be lighter without F.R.I.E.N.D.S. in London can be dampener to spirit.
