I live in the city center of Antalya and have a small but a clean house. I have a confusing career background, which sometimes makes even me feel confused. I first started translating documents from home, then I taught English for almost 1,5 years. After that, I started working in export-import department of a company, which lasted for 5.5 years. Finally I quitted this job and found myself teaching English in a private school again. But it was hard doing this job during covid-19 so I found another job in a company again. I am still looking for finding out who I am and what makes me happy.

Apart from career life, I like making new friends and learning different perspectives about life. I am always friendly and cheerful, sometimes hectic because I want to do many things in a short time. I want to enjoy every free moment. So, I don’t like postponing things, maybe I am not brave for many radical ones but at least for small things, I pay more attention not to postpone like meeting a friend or short trips or trying new things because I always think these may be the opportunity I will never have again. I know life can be shorter than we think.

I like dancing, going camping near sea and of course swimming. I am still learning swingdance eventhough coronavirus and lockdowns are a handicap for me to progress. I like cooking if I have time and fresh ingredients which are bought from local market.

I wish I will have some time and money (and some courage) at the same time to travel with my backpack longer. 🤞 So I would appreciate if you tell me some stories and tips about your travels maybe it will inspire me in near future.

I joined Couchsurfing to meet people from different countries for being friends and experiencing their culture. I will also be grateful if they can give some tips, advices for places they have travelled so far.

I like reading different kinds of books to look from the different angle.

I can listen all kinds of music, which usually depends on my mood. I like mostly the oldies.

I hate horror movies because they scare me more when I am alone at home. I usually remember the spooky scenes at that moment. I can watch all other kinds of movies.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I have decided to go to Srilanka within a week and quitted my job which I was working for almost 6 years. I arranged all paperwork and packed as fast as possible. It was a leap for me.

I can teach how to cook some Turkish food ( if I have time 🙄) and teach how to knit or swingdance a bit ( I am not professional).

I would like to learn some about different languages or cultures.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I have an extra couch for sleeping and a kitchen, where they can cook for themselves. My home is near to the city center. I can also be a guide for city tour if I have time.
