About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoying backpacking.

ABOUT ME

I'm basically a simple and adjusting person. Friends consider me as friendly and joyful too. I don’t know whether I'm all this but I think I am an overall good person. I'm absolutely truth and simplicity loving person. I'd describe myself as a sincere woman. I am happy with my life. I wish everyone in this world could feel at least a bit of the satisfaction and happiness I often feel. I always try to help people in need. I am also a good listener. Maybe it sounds stupid or ridiculous but you know how hard it is to describe yourself with words. I appreciate acts.

PHILOSOPHY

"We just have to remind ourselves that the source for any happines is the mind itself."
Lama Ole Nydahl

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Everytime when I left on my backpack trips I couchsurfed. I have met many amazing people through CS and am truly grateful for that; it was amazing! Now I would like to stay in touch with the backpacking scene by offering my couch. I live this year in Istanbul without my parents so I can realise my idea.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've used it a number of times and have met some truely great people. It enabled me to get a better insight into different cultures, lifestyles, ideas and social network of the local people, etc. I'm grateful for that because it enables me constantly to understand more and more about the world and gives me better & more real picture about it.

Sel de la terre (documentary movie, amazing photos!), Gloria, What Maisie knew

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Conquering the highest summit of North Africa is a uniquely satisfying experience.
»The impressive mountain is a Mecca for many trekkers for both the challenging climb and the promise of magnificent views of the Atlas range.«

Living for a while in one of Polish commune where 20 drug addicts were sheltered and trying to encourage them to »survive« the treatment and think about the day, after they have been completely cured, when they'll be able to start approaching their dreams.

Travelling alone for a while, learning and experiencing what CS means - amazing!

Trying to enable children to spend summer time in active and sportive way and teaching their mothers yoga in my leisure time in one of Swiss asylum seeker centers. Amazing to see how you can influence community and help people to create positive relations by creativity.

Living in Istanbul for a year and feeling the spirit of Islamic religion which was so incomprehensible for me was also unique experience
