While everything in my life is turning over the one constant is my love for travel and meeting new people along the way. So off to Spain I go to walk by the coast because it brings me joy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Reaching out and connecting with wonderful, open and generous folks far and wide. I (still) hope one day to eventually have an abode of my own where I can host surfers as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Slim to date, but have enjoyed the generous spirit of many throughout my travels around the globe in various capacities including one very memorable surf in Hilo, HI!

Interests

Most anything that stimulates the senses. Also live music, photography, fresh food, lawn games, world travel, backpacking, dance, large bodies of water and meeting people from around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dove off my live-aboard in the Great Barrier Reef to swim with a whale who was circling our boat.

Teach, Learn, Share

Humans are alive, organic, so our movement should emulate living things, not machines. Organic movement is non-repetitive, non-structured, circular. Instead of stretching, allow your body to move fluidly, expressively and in foreign ways. Be exploratory. Break free from patterned movement and follow your bliss. Your body and your mind will be oh so appreciative!
