Overview
About Me
I'm a Danish man Living in Aarhus. I have a Master's degree in IT Productdevelopment.
I live in a shared collective with 8 other people. I love having people around me, and sharing a house with people is a great way to engage with a lot of different people and their friends.
I love to travel, experience new cultures and meet new people around the world.
I have travelled quite a lot around continental Europe, and a backpacked to quite a few places in Asia. Spent quite some time in India.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy getting an authentic look on the countries I visit.
Staying with a local is a great way to find out what is worth doing or seeing.
Instead of going where all the tourists are, I like seeing the real city. Witness what the locals do, and take part in how they live their lives.
Interests
I'm an artist, a thinker and a tinkerer.
I work with IT and in particular user engagement and interaction.
I like combining the more classical arts with the digital world - it's less about things looking pretty, and more about the entire experience communicating clearly what the designer's intent is.
I'm an entrepreneurial spirit, in the sense that I work with my own ideas and dreams as my primary source of income. I find working for my users is more satisfying than working for an employer.
Music, Movies, and Books
My tastes are quite varied.
I can enjoy everything that is good.
I have a particular leaning towards hip hop, eletrocnic music, alt rock and classical music.
I'm obsessed with MF Doom's lyricism right now, so that's the majority of what my ears listen to.
I enjoy going to concerts, witnessing the artist performing their art live, with body language, crowd engagement and everything in between.
In more recent times I've come to enjoy TV shows more than actual films, since I find it quite limiting how much of a story you have to tell in a short span of time, in films.
I'm obsessed with Game of Thrones, Westworld, Humans and Travellers. I can't wait for the next seasons of all of them!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The thing I'm most proud of doing, isn't one certain thing - but more how I get my friends together and do things. I put a lot of effort in towards making events, and doing fun things with the people I like being around.
Whether that is a game night of board games, or it's visiting a new cool art event somewhere in the world .
