About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn with experience. I prefer the test first, lesson later.

ABOUT ME

This text box is entirely too small for "all about me." I'm a graduate who got a job in the business world for two years. Oops. Needless to say I got out of there ASAP. I quit my job and decided to travel.

I traveled throughout the northwest United States and loved every second of it... then I ran out of money. BLAST! I'm back to the daily grind. I'm always saving up for the next adventure. Suggestions?

Peru is next!!

PHILOSOPHY

Why restrict myself to a personal philosophy? It leads to a more focused perspective. I try to be open to all philosophies... Although honesty is preferred. OH! OH! and treat others how you'd like to be treated. That is the most universal philosophy I can choose, and prefer others do the same.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed for about a few years now. I LOVE IT! This makes traveling soo much better. Seeing each town/culture/night life through a local's eyes is fantastic! I can't imagine another way to travel having experienced couchsurfing.

Interests

Obviously traveling. Snowboarding. Longboarding. Climbing. Hiking. Meeting new people. Learning new things from new people. And a good nights sleep.

Music, Movies, and Books

Vagabonding by Rolf Potts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One?! I think everyday I have experienced something amazing or done something awesome. I remember a great morning two winters ago, I awoke in a tent next to a river and was witness to an amazing sunrise. I woke up a few times in the night and listened to Coyotes howling and Owls hooting. Everything is amazing in it's own respect.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a BBA in Marketing and a minor in Anthropology. I work for a plumbing wholesaler and have for the past three years. I have a bit of a knowledge in that industry. Other than those "notable" items everything else is general knowledge. A sort of jack of all trades. Although, I've temporarily fixed two toilets while couchsurfing. I say temporarily because I didn't have the tools or replacement parts to permanently fix the issues. I guess I'm a novice plumber?

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
