About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Retired and recently established permanent residency in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Other then family visiting, I'd be willing to host someone for a couple of nights who have some business in the area.

The best way to keep a diverse perspective in the world to to meet real people from different cultures and understand differences while celebrating out shared humanity.

ABOUT ME

I am a vibrant, energetic, good hearted guy who thinks and acts much younger then my years. Teaching high school kids has had something to do with keeping me young. I am 65, 190 lbs, 5'10", Irish blue eyes and brown hair. Born and raised in New York City, I spend a lot of my time there enjoying the people, food, concerts and theater. Teaching has afforded me an opportunity to travel all over Europe with students. The best teaching moments are when both the student and teacher learn something new together.

PHILOSOPHY

I think I'll steal a great quote I read every day by Marcus Aurelius that reminded me to keep my focus clear in the world...
"The first rule is to keep an untroubled spirit. The second is to look things in the face and know them for what they are."
