ABOUT ME

I love dressing up in absurd costumes for no particular reason. Goldfish (the golden fish shaped crackers) are probably the greatest snack on this planet, next to the seemingly obsolete "Dunk-a-roos". Playing pick-up basketball games with people who are taller, faster, and all around more talented than me is one of my passions. I've lived in Southern California my whole life, unless you count the 3 months I spent playing music in Japan. I graduated last year from UCLA with a degree in Music Education, but I have no intentions of actually becoming a music teacher (at least not right now). I'm extremely optimistic, but intently realistic. Traveling the world is one of my lifelong dreams, and country by country, it's slowly becoming a reality. I'm obsessed with meeting new people, and whether I like them or not, I welcome the experience.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I'm new to CS, I can't say that I've participated too much, however I am extremely excited to learn more about it! Meeting new people and partaking in new experiences is what I thrive on and CS seems to be taking a huge step forward in that department!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have too much experience with CS yet, however I am looking forward to traveling and meeting other CouchSurfers, as well as hosting.

兴趣

Music is first and foremost the most important thing in my life. I wouldn't be where I am today without it. Traveling comes in at a very close second. I'm really into all sports, such as baseball, soccer, American football, basketball, etc. I love experiencing new foods and beer from around the world too! WOOT!

I love all movies including dramas, action, comedy. You can't go wrong with a Will Ferrell movie or something with Ben Stiller. My secret movie obsession are the classic 80's comedies though!! Anything with Dan Akroyd, Eddie Murphy, Steve Martin, Chevy Chase, etc.

As for books, I'm really into Malcolm Gladwell, Dan Brown, Ken Follet. Titles such as, Confessions of an Economic Hitman, The Tipping Point, Deception Point, Freakonomics, Outliers...

The craziest thing I've done within the last few years was go sky diving! What a rush that was!
