About Me

I am an amateur award winning photographer, an award winning jewelry designer, an award winning costumer. I also act, garden, write, and enjoy life to the fullest.

Me in a nutshell?

Experientialist: a collector of experiences, especially one-of-a-kind.

Oh, and I desperately need to meet Iva Davies and Steve Perry.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently writing an apocalyptic novel and need to do research at specific locations. Who knows, you might find yourself as a character in the book!

I am sorry that I cannot currently host someone right now. My life recently turned upside down. Something we can talk about - because I am running out of ideas.

Interests

There are a lot of things I love, a lot of things I do. I don't fit the mold. I've read what others have written and would love to just copy and paste! Oddly enough, for someone who writes, I feel funny writing about myself.

I enjoy learning things, lots of things. My curiosity is boundless, something that has led me on a very interesting life path. Let me show you. I currently hold degrees or certificates in the following fields: Master Gardener, Educational Therapist Certification (well almost), Foundation Certificate in Gemmology (Great Britain), BA in Law Studies, Paralegal Certificate, AA in Language & Literature and a Gourmet Cooking & Catering Certificate. See what I mean? When I’m not in some kind of school, I’m reading magazines, books, on-line searching for information. What information, what do I research? Anything, everything. Previously it’s been about worm composting, how to make bacon out of lamb’s breast, and as you may have noticed – how to make the perfect pickle.

I realize this is not supposed to be my life story – maybe more of an amuse bouche. “What’s that” you say? Well, you’ll simply have to meet me………….……………..…..!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Firewalked!

Yes, I have only listed one thing - you can ask me about the others (preferably over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee)!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am applying to become a flight attendant. Therefore even though I list myself as fluent in German, I really need to improve my language skills.

What I Can Share with Hosts

There is so much to life! I can share my talents, knowledge, spread enthusiasm, put a smile on peoples faces. Make dinner, help plant a garden, be a good listener. I'm good at board games and am wickedly competitive.
