Hey all! I'm 29 years old working higher education (NC State right now). I've moved around the USA and have visited coast to coast. I have my Master's in Public Admin. I focus on higher education policy, non-profit management, and mental health support. I'm really into wellness and a holistic approach to life (but everything in moderation!)

When I'm not working, I like to stay active. Currently training for a 5k. I'm hoping to do another mud race in the near-ish future. I love water sports and am a trained aquatics instructor. Kayaking is probably my favorite activity.

Fun fact about me: In April 2016, I visited 20 breweries in North Carolina.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have been talking about traveling for years but get realy nervous to travel alone. I find that my friends and I are never on the same schedule. However, I love meeting new people and hearing their stories and sharing experiences, so I wanted to give Couchsurfing a try! I can talk to just about anyone, and I'm always willing to try new things. I am hoping to meet new people to share the experiences with and learn about different cultures, experiences, and life stories!

Live music, wine, beer, dancing (particularly swing and latin!), hiking, most aquatics activities, cooking! I am currently trying to read more non-fiction books
