My name is Susan, I’m a Dutch student. I think I would describe myself as a curious, thoughtful, active person :)
I love being outside. I am passionate about everything concerning food, I enjoy spending free time with fermentation projects (bread, brewing, pickling, inspecting mouldy leftovers), moving and climbing around and practicing/studying Buddhist teachings.

I study Food Technology, specializing in fermentation and biotech, in Wageningen, where I spend my days thinking about the future of food. I am interested in community(eco) living.

I went grocery shopping in Kilpisjärvi, the most Northern town of Finland, bought some chocolate, ate it, went swimming in the arctic ocean afterwards
