About Me

I'm a student, a cyclist, an avid gardener and many more things! I love learning Spanish, growing my own food, studying agriculture, doing vegan stuff, and bike packing as of recently!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to bike packing and would love to travel around more and for extended periods of time so this is a perfect way to travel without such a high budget. Of course, meeting new people is a bonus!

Music, Movies, and Books

So many to list but mostly alternative music, 80s, and anything but punk. Love movies like Me Myself and Irene, but then again I probably enjoyed so many more I just can't remember them off the top of my head. Books, I love to read non fiction. Anything interesting about topics like social justice, health, economics, and environmentalism.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am learning Spanish and speak with 2 wonderful friends who live in Spain.

I started a cookie-selling business in my early teens and bought my first bike with the money.

I worked at a tree nursery to afford my second bike, this time a road bike!

I traveled to Colorado with my bike and went up the Rockies.

I go camping with my brother every year to a place we've never been, so far we've seen the mountains fo New Hampshire, Acadia National Park in Maine, and the Allegheney mountains in West Virginia.

I grow massive amounts of tomatoes every year from my small garden, the most being 150 pounds this year.

I've been to Southern Brazil to learn about agroecological farming and got to learn about how Brazilian grow food organically.

I grew up in NYC and have been to the Statue of Liberty, Empire State building, and Time Square more times than I can count.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to cook, a little about agriculture, Spanish, gardening, cycling, anything I love to do I'm happy to teach and share.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to bake and make some of the best cookies, cakes, breads, pies, whatever! I'm also a pretty good chef when it comes to wholesome, simple, healthy food.
