I strive to live healthy, conscious and holistic life. I meditate , enjoy yoga, spending time in nature, learning about and experiencing spirituality. I am an energy healer and Thai Masseuse. I love sharing my practices and what I know with others . The subconscious mind really fascinates me. I believe that all great things in life are better shared, weather it be food , dancing or new experiences hence why I’m here!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled solo in Egypt for 3 weeks, visited 9 pyramids, more than 10 temples and 10 tombs. I meditated in a lot of them .
