About Me

Hi! My name is Susan and I am a graduate student studying to be a chiropractor. I have always wanted to help others with their health. Another passion of mine is traveling because I get to see new cultures and meet amazing people. I've studied abroad twice during my undergrad years (Italy and Hong Kong) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It allowed me to explore both Europe and Asia more while I was there. I went back to Europe a second time afterwards with my sister and we spent 1.5 months seeing 13 different cities. After that trip, I was an au pair in Italy for an amazing family where I looked after 3 boys.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've learned from studying abroad that it's the people who matter more than the place. So I really value meeting and getting to know new friends. I think couchsurfing is a great way to accomplish this, as well as see the city with a local's guidance.
