About Me
Hello there!
Well, one might say I am a born couch-surfer. I love meeting new people and can carry on quick and easy conversation with nearly anyone. I love sharing my love for travelling and place with people which is why I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this community thanks to my roommate Lise.
I started travelling with my family when I was still a wee one but moved to Bolivia after university and spent the next 10 years working/travelling/working/travelling. Perhaps one of the most interesting things I have done was to accept a teaching position working for an oil giant in Saudi Arabia. The work was incredible with students from all over the globe, not to mention travel opportunities galore. I have settled back nearer to my family in Ontario over the last 5 years but try and take an adventure each summer.
I would love to host you or to stay on your couch sometime if our paths should cross.
Until we meet in person... :-)
Susan

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hiked across Spain to do the Camino de Santiago a few summers ago. It was an unforgettable experience. I would love to tell you all about it if you come and stay with me. :-)
