About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be, and seek only those who are authentic. ...& get to the gym */:-(
ABOUT ME
Am delighted to hear from people. Right now in Thailand till May 2013. At that point can put people up for a couple of days... The deal is that my schedule is irregular, I may not know in advance so feel free to telephone when you arrive--no prior notice required. You can skype me anytime and leave a message--it forwards to my home phone. When I'm back I'll post a cell phone number.
PHILOSOPHY
My lifelong personal vision of world peace is a little reductive, but I still stand by it: all transportation & tele-communication should be free! It would then be much more difficult to make people ignorant and fearful.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combination -- that is my favorite sci-fi statement of the ideal. Anybody who recognizes it, please send me a note. I make friends easily, but they keep getting younger and younger, and it's starting to embarrass me. On the other hand, affinities seem to happen in a nanosecond. I'm trying to say that I am really on the look-out for mature friends. My home is 4 miles north of Boston on route 93, bus and subway accessible. I hope to buy the perfect bicycle, and see some old friends and new movies, etc. Am just about to hit the road again, but just for a few months this time. May you be free from all anxiety and sorrows. Well... barring that, my heart wishes you happy & meaningful encounters in a world of greater and greater possibility.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
nada, nuttin', nichts, nyet
Interests
I prefer to converse rather than write. I loathe keyboard and cursor. Have had good and great experiences with Servas and Hospitalityclub.org
...and one or two sketchy ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's personal, not everyone would react the same way, but when I saw the Taj Mahal--it was so beyond my expectation that I thought "if I die now it's ok."
