Hello! My name is Susanna. I am a 20 year old Physics/Pre-med major at Carleton College in Northfield Minnesota. Last year I worked as a translator and tour guide in Havana Cuba for six months. During my time there I became certified as a medical interpreter and when I came back I worked as a professional Medical interpreter around Dayton, Ohio. I am one of five siblings so I definitely have a lot of experience changing diapers and managing kids. Something I am especially passionate about is working with special needs kids. My sister is special needs. She has taught me so much about love and patience and not taking life too seriously. I coach special needs swim team and track and used to lead a special needs daycare in the summer for my sister and her friends. I am down for anything but really enjoy comedy clubs, long hikes, relaxing in a hammock, and just meeting new people.

El año pasado trabajé como intérprete y guía turística en La Habana Cuba durante seis meses. Durante el tiempo que estuve allí, me certifiqué como intérprete médico y cuando regresé trabajé como intérprete médico profesional en Dayton, Ohio. Soy uno de cinco hermanos, así que definitivamente tengo mucha experiencia cambiando pañales y manejando niños :) Algo que me apasiona es trabajar con niños con necesidades especiales. Mi hermanita tiene necesidades especiales. Ella me ha enseñado mucho sobre el amor y la paciencia y sobre no tomar la vida demasiado en serio. Entreno equipo de natación para niños con necesidades especiales y dirijo una guardería en el verano para mi hermana y sus amigas. Me gusta cualquier cosa, pero realmente disfruto de los clubes de comedia, las largas caminatas, relajarme en una hamaca y conocer gente nueva.
