I don't really know what to tell about myself, I'd rather prefer others to judge. I think I am a spontaneous and open minded person who likes meeting new people and find out what moves them in life. I am cheerful, easygoing, active, in for some sports or action and love good food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I was in South Africa I surfed quite some couches and since I'm back in The Netherlands, my couch is available for anyone who wants to visit Groningen! You can crash and if I have some spare time I´d love to show you the good places of the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed a few times in South Africa, Swaziland and Zimbabwe and loved it! I met some great people with different stories, food and humour. Besides, I had the chance to sleep in a tree house with monkeys on the roof!

Interests

Find and listen to good music, play the piano, dancing, cooking and especially eating, sewing my own clothes now and then, playing volleybal and watching sports in general, hang out with friends and try to do as many spontaneous things as possible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bathing in a real Turkish bathhouse in Istanbul, skiing in the middle of Africa, painting a school in Lesotho, diving in Mozambique (not quite so succesful), ordering Currywurst in Berlin, hitchhiking to Copenhagen.. Every trip had something amazing!

You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough. I hope to one day learn surfing, speaking French and be an awesome cook.
