Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Arthouse
Music: R'n'B, Jazz, Soul, Hip Hop
Books: "Where the Crawdads sing", "Eat, Pray, Love", "The Help", Memoirs, Travel Writing,...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a summer working in a resort located on the Maldives (including a diving course) which was one of the best experiences I ever had.
Another awesome experience: watching the full moon rise above Monument Valley in Arizona, USA.
For my 50th birthday I travelled the US (New York, New Orleans, Santa Fe) and had some really nice moments and encounters. From New York I took the train down to Birmingham, Alabama to visit my former guest family - it took me 22 hours. :-)

Teach, Learn, Share

As my main topic as a journalist is sustainability I know pretty much about these things. I also wrote the book "Sustainable Living" (available only in German) with lots of information and advice. My recent book "Future Is Made With Courage" (also German) is about the ecological crisis we're facing and what we can do about it.
I focus on constructive journalism because I'm sure that all the negative news makes us feel helpless. I believe that our thoughts shape our reality.

What I Can Share with Hosts
