ABOUT ME

My name is Susanne.... I am 24 years old... I am Dutch. Grew up in the Netherlands... but Since I was 18, I've been traveling a lot and living abroad.

I finished one study in Amsterdam, I am a teacher in fine arts.../art history, but at the moment not sure about where to live and settle, so just doing silly jobs (which i actually love). At the moment I work in a café and coffee/tea shop, and I used to work in an organic food store. I worked as a waitress and pie-boulanger for a few years, and I am very good at it now:)

Have been living 1/2 year in the US (New York) for my study, and that was wonderful; to live on campus with talented students around you 24/7. In Europe I lived in Amsterdam, Paris (very great, it's such a magical city to live in for a year or longer) and Brussels, and just got back from Indonesia where I've been teaching!

I'd like to host people and maybe surf in the future!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to host people in Amsterdam, since I have an appartment and I'd like to meet people from all over.
It's just that I can only host when my roommate is not here, so that will be like twice or 3 times a week...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met a lot of very cool people through cs, I never felt uncomfortable or anxious, it was all just great and amazing, surfing and hosting, both is great.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Pfff, I don't know really........ Is that boring? I guess I remember the firtst time I saw the Louvre was pretty amazing, or the first time I saw dolphins in the sea..... First time for everything is amazing. First kiss, first new born familymember...
