Just to mention: I am sometimes very busy and need time and a silent moment to read your message and profile. So sometimes it might take a while to respond, that's why I start planning my trips far in advance. I‘m not running a free hostel - come to spend time and explore the area together or book a place to sleep in a local guestroom.
As a guest it should be self-evident to leave a reference - this is what the community is living from for other users to make good decisions of whom we accept, meet or stay with. Users who have references and where I cannot find a reference at the writers profile, will be ignored, since this shows a lack of respect and appreciation.
