ABOUT ME

My name is Zuzana. I am Ph.D. candidate in Physics. My field of study and work is Plasma Physics and Thin Films. I love traveling and getting to know new people, new tastes and new culture. In my free time I love to be somewhere in nature, it charges my batteries. My loyal companion is my dog girl Daenerys. Besides walking, hiking and running I do sports (skiing, cycling, tennis, squash, badminton, floorball), meet friends or I relax with a good book.
I am from Pilsen in Czech Republic. I lived in Trondheim in Norway for five months but now I am back to my home country.

PHILOSOPHY

I think we can live our lifes and also have a fun. It would be a pitty and sad to find out that we're 60 years old and saw and tried nothing.

I am part of this group because I like meeting new people and knowing the culture. You will never know the country if you will not know the people.

By now I have hosted one guy from Italy and I have been hosted by two guys during my stay in Norway and twice in Iceland.

One of my favourite movie is Big Fish and I like also others Tim Burton's movies. And otherwise, I like clever movies, if I must think a little when I watch it.
From TV series I like Black Mirror. It really makes me think about our society, about future, about people. I also watch Game of Thrones, The Big Bang Theory, Westworld...
And I really like reading. The best way of relax is to lay down with a book. Some of my favourite books: 11/22/63, Carrie and other books from Stephen King; The World According to Garp, Rosemary's baby, Harry Potter, The Lord of The Ring, Game of Thrones... Would you recommend me your favourite book?

I have moved to Norway and spent there splendid five months. It was really great decision!

I can teach you some Czech and Norwegian words or how to cook traditional Czech or Norwegian meals. I would love to learn anything from you - life is neverending learning and that's what I love. I can share with you some food, my recommendation, my time and my good mood!
