I am Susie, currently living in Edinburgh. I have not done a fraction of the travelling I want to get up to, and still looking for 'what I want to be when i grow up' so in the meantime I will save some pennies and host fellow travelers. I love cycling, and outdoor adventures, as well as gigs and generally socializing with people, a good sense of humour is always appreciated. I love volunteer work but at the moment I am saving so working two jobs. However while volunteering with a pet fostering agency I have now ended up with a new meowy flatmate who loves to meet travellers too.

I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life. I love travelling and it's nice to feel welcomed when arriving into a new city or country.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Love hosting when I have the time, I have met some great people through couchsurfing, and previously lived in a flat where we had almost constant surfers.

Interests

I love animals, all animals, I am the typeof person who has to stop and move a worm from a path, or I get really upset if I accidentally stand on a snail :(

I am 90% vegan, so I am a social vegetarian but limit dairy as much as I can which is quite easy as I am lactose intolerant. I also try to use only vegan products and organic deodorant etc. We also recycle as much as we can at the flat including our food waste. I love to cook, and love vegetables! But continuously cooking the same types of meals so any new crazy cooking skills and delicious vegan meal plans for my packed lunches would be welcomed!

Love my bike, I cycle to work usually, and my bike is my second set of legs :)

I love music, and I like being introduced to new stuff including triphop, reggae, soul, hiphop and even a bit of ska and jazz!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I loved working on an animal sanctuary while I lived in Australia. Me and another guy were given the opportunity to run the farm while the owners went over seas which was a crazy and amazing experience.
