ABOUT ME

Left the Soviet Union as a young child in consequence of my mothers second marriage to an American who was studying for a while at Moscow University.
Lived in the UK then France and started to practise Buddhism whilst visiting India in 1990.
Now keen to live again in Russia to rediscover and become more conscious of that 'lost' side of myself.
I am Buddhist and vegetarian.

PHILOSOPHY

Knowing and practising the teachings of the Buddha is the most helpful 'external' thing one can do to fulfil one's potential. I am part of the Triratna tradition of Buddhism, whose principal teacher is Bhante Urgyen Sangharakshita.
