ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Suzanne, a keen environmentalist originally from the Netherlands but currently living in beautiful Malta together with my boyfriend Christian. I'm outgoing, bubbly, enthusiastic and always looking for a good time, whether out in nature or going out into the city :) I like to travel, learn new languages (at the moment I'm having a go at Maltese, a semitic language with Italian and English influences) and learn about different cultures and historic places. I like to cook and grow plants and veggies on our roof :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed and hosted, and love to discuss with people from all over the world about all sort of things :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was a trip with my boyfriend to the Channel Islands where we met with a couchsurfer for drinks several times. On the way back we couchsurfed in France with a wonderful family at their farm.

In Argentina I have met some wonderful people through couchsurfing, and also found a room! I have also couchsurfed on a trip to England, in Southampton and London.

In Utrecht I was a teacher in the Couchsurfing Dutch classes and in that way got to know a lot of international people and tried to teach them some of our crazy language :)

Intereses

Algo increíble que he hecho

A parachute jump above the island where I'm from: Texel, diving in the beautiful Caribbean sea, walking amongst 6000 year old temples on Malta, standing in awe at the bottom of the Iguazu falls on the border of Argentina and Brazil, and more to come...
