Currently looking for a place that wouldn't mind my dog & I staying while I finish healing. I broke my leg/ankle/foot in a bad accident recently & have happened to stumble upon some bad luck with my living situation. Due to my very active career & my inability to do it right now, I've been booted for lack of funds in my hardship. If you have an empty room, basement, etc... I can set up shop to work on things that don't require as much mobility.
Perhaps my situation could benefit you too? I can furnish a healthy portion of your home with my somewhat modern Gothic collections plus I'm a small business owner who was in the process of searching for a partner &/or sales team to help... Which means most of what I have is material meant to generate an income for my future soap & gemstone companies. If you'd like to be apart of that, we'd be a great team!
You'd need to be mobile & ambitious but there's not much else required of you to help. So, I'm hoping to find another person who can help me... but also someone that I can help too & this way it can be a beneficial, fair, 'give & take' situation for everyone involved. 🙂
I work around the clock & being productive is vital to me so if you need help around the house, I'm happy to be your housekeeping maintenance chick (which I can understand people wouldn't assume by looking at me) but I'm capable of much more than would seem... Just not so much with climbing mountains at a less than 6% incline like my usual day job requires with the state that my leg/ankle/foot is in.

I've been traveling to Calaveras County, CA every month for the last 2 years & after wasting thousands on expensive hotels in & around the area, I decided I'd rather barter with locals than throw away more money.
Would love to find a place I could consistently stay at for the 4-5 days I visit.

My travels are due to quite a long story so to keep it short for now, I'll just add that I'm looking for a nice, quiet, kid & dog friendly place for 2 of the 4-5days I'm in town. Hopefully it's within walking distance to civilization or with someone I can make transportation arrangements with if needed as I typically fly into Sacramento.
